Mary brings over 24 years of diverse experience across global corporations and the not-for-profit sector, with 12 years focused on aged care, community services, health, and the NDIS. Her background includes mining, construction, manufacturing, and technology, combining commercial acumen with values-driven leadership in regional and multinational contexts. Holding an MBA in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Economics, and advanced diplomas in Community Sector Management and Neuroscience of Leadership, Mary is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand. She is dedicated to fostering high-performing, psychologically safe workplaces that enhance employee engagement and organizational success.
Dhan de Leon – Clinical Nurse Specialist
Dhan is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Arts in Nursing Education and extensive experience in clinical education, geriatric care, and nursing leadership. Having worked as a Clinical Facilitator in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, he brings strong skills in training, supervision, and mentoring. Since 2019, Dhan has practiced in Australia, specializing in geriatric nursing and holding leadership roles such as Clinical Care Coordinator and Clinical Manager. He is dedicated to advancing clinical practice, staff development, and delivering high-quality care, proudly contributing to the team at Torbay.
