PARKLANDS RETIREMENT HAVEN, URANGAN
TORBAY presents the first stage of our brand new facility Parklands Retirement Haven. Eventually it will consist of a 150-place aged care home and 130 independent living units (mostly stand-alone villas).
The village was called ‘Parklands’ because of its bush setting and ‘Haven’ due to its tranquil nature. A large area has been set aside as a nature reserve to ensure that the setting does not lose its natural tranquillity. It is paradoxical that this bush setting lies in the heart of the sea side city of Hervey Bay.
The first 14 independent homes are now available. The opportunity to be one of the first to enter this Village and watch it grow should not be missed. The next stage of 10 homes is already planned and will commence shortly but you still have time to amend the plans of your dream retirement home. This stage will also include the first stage of the Community Centre and will include the first swimming pool.
